  • Sarah responded to my email. I’ll continue double checking with Sarah to see what’s up with the WEEF Allocation Public Spreadsheet.

Note: No changes to the WEEF Public allocation spreadsheet yet, incl. UW Orbital Shanaya’s purchase. But I got clarirfication that vendor=Paypal if uni’s finance rep used Paypal to place our procurement order.

  • Update: Our WEEF account number changed from W23-413… to W23-414.. We have 5 WEEF W23-414 accounts . I changed the 5 relevant account numbers accordingly on the WARG ledger

 Sponsorship

  • Wait for WEEF to email us the presentation timeline for this semester

  • How we’ll prepare for EngSoc sponsorship proposal (received email)

  • Revise sponsorship-tier package

  • Check MEF website and email MEF director to find out about presentation timeline for this semester as they didn’t let us know via email last semester

  • Cold-email companies for sponsorship opportunities. Talk more on Discord
