This document was sparked when WARG conducted a few interviews for its co-op process. This document is intended to reflect some lessons learned that we can carry forward

Lessons

• Communicate essential job info (pay, remote, etc) at the end of the interview

• Conduct with grace - remain in control, the interview should seem graceful

  • Solution: interviewers should keep a separate communication platform to communicate with

• Timing - we should remain vigilant about timing
