WARG Requirements

• Mentors must be experienced team members

• Co-ops must be interviewed by more than a single WARG member before an offer can be extended.

• Co-op must be interested in learning about the topic covered

• Must be a university of Waterloo student and on a co-op term during the duration of your WARG co-op.

SDC Requirements

• Current Teams | Sedra Student Design Centre | University of Waterloo  "HIRING A COOP STUDENT"

• We are not required to submit Co-op Information Form as of S24.

• Co-op roles and responsibilities | Co-operative Education | University of Waterloo

  • rquired hours and days (include in commitments section too …)

• Post when given go ahead from sdc

• post on waterloo works

• More than two positions must be approved on case by case basis by SDC. WARG is frequently able to exceed this because of our history of good co-op experiences.

Hiring Process

We will hold onto all submitted resume’s in our Onedrive so leads can access it.
