Planning Travel
You can delegate planning travel out as you wish. However, the following aspects need to be planned:
How do you plan to get to competition? Driving, flying or other forms of public transportation are possible.
Where will you stop while going to competition? Make sure to stop for gas and a walk. SDC limits drives to 12h maximum, so you’ll need to stop for the night if your drive exceeds 12h.
Who will go to competition? If driving, make sure to have sufficient drivers (2 per car is recommended). Prioritize based on tenure and technical knowledge.
A maximum number of individuals should be determined at the start of the year of people to take to competition. WARG policy does not permit individuals to come to the competition if they have not been selected as part of the competition travel team (including paying for their own fees) due to the additional logistical burden.
Skillset Levelling Rubric can be used to determine the specific factors to consider for a member
