Subteam Member Definition

If you meet the requirements of being a member as defined in https://uwarg-docs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AD/pages/2318500191 you are a subteam member for any subteam in which you have completed the subteam bootcamp for as documented in https://uwarg-docs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BOOT . Any subteam in which you have not completed their bootcamp you are welcome to participate in their subteam activities (including meetings and projects) of course, but you are not a member of said subteam.
