These are activities that should be done on a recurring basis. Theses can be delegated to others though directors should verify this is completed.

This list is intended to target director activities and is a brief reminder doc. It is not all encompassing and completely skims over what most subteam leads and members do in a reoccurring manner.

• Announce the WARG leadership list to the team for this term

• Schedule nearly weekly leadership team meeting

• Scramble passwords as necessary. See the following for details

Monthly

• Schedule Subteam lead syncs or just be sure to have small group meetings with leads

Weekly

• Host subteam meetings
