Battery was on table, contacts exposed.

Bolt fell onto battery, sparks go whee!

Bolt was removed while wearing rubber gloves + insulated pliers + eyeprotection

Contacts on battery charred, destroyed, idk.

Battery taped and placed in battery bag, in battery box. Will be disposed of.

Somewhere someone should be able to find the discord message for this. A proper RCA wasn’t really done and Daniel was at work on the time so we kind of just talked about this on Discord and Anni was able to get it resolved. Another scary, but fun time at WARG, be careful with batteries! We did make more documentation and policies about this in the future even though this RCA document is pretty brief.
