Sept 11-17	Read AEAC Conops, make proposals for mechanical designs Finalize Project Phoenix model and start production Gather ideas for PID tuning rig Intro meetings + onboard new members + help bootcampers!	2022/09/15 Meeting Notes Need to do a design review for phoenix first(?) to make sure it satisfies requirements. Sept 18-24	Get a template for design proposals! Process team-wide solutions for competition task, conduct research + consult advisors(?) Gather competition ideas for airframe (drone + plane? VTOL? etc) and make timeline for construction/ milestones. Can also flow into next week Reviews for PID tuning rig designs.
