Have ‘PM’ role on discord
Can be codified in any team member lists, rosters if applicable
Email sign-off includes Project Manager title
Responsibilities
Can delegate tasks within the project to regular members
Can schedule and run meetings associated with project
Presenting at relevant discussion in wider scope meetings
Setting and adjusting deadlines for project dates, can be done in junction with senior members and leads
Ensuring we meet deadlines within project
Authority on the project - go-to person
Purchase requests associated with project go through PM’s approval, leads authorize post PM approval.
NOTE ABOUT THIS. Pre-auth limit?
If architecture, system, scope of project has to change for any reason, PM responsible for notifying leads ASAP and having a discussion to adjust the project. Regular members to go through PM for system change requests
