Tracking antenna done from mech perspective
Eclipse lagging a bit → PDM issues
- Design review next week (delayed due to PDM issues and big flight test)
- Eclipse progress is slower than we would like → more ambitious than we thought
- “Final CAD review” probably next week
- Manufacturing starting after review → about two weeks out
- Wing prototyping started this week
Houston / Dallas progress
- Mech is maintaining them upon request
- Maybe need to find someone else to pilot Dallas for atrium cleaning next term
Member retention / bootcamp progress?
- Enough member for what we’re doing right now?

Short term: as discussed in every comp / fixed wing sync
Eclipse is not on track for flying at the start of next term
- Depends if design gets approved next week
- Can push manufacturing to produce it by the start of this term
- Plan is: one maiden with tuning, one test for autonomy
- Want to get flight hours to determine flight characteristics → max speed, current draw at max speed

Setup at least one subteam social before the end of the term.
- Maybe after a work session, but just get your team together?
- Can delegate scheduling out to a member or PM as well, doesn’t need to load leads.
Needs to be after work session
