Obstacle Avoidance

  • Adjusted the guided mode script to diagnose throttle issues when changing from AUTO/GUIDED to LOITER. Added two more auto-guided-auto switches to test more guided mode functionalities

    • 10x10m square → make map with measurements of exact drone path for flight test doc

  • wrapping up integration tests for all new obstacle-avoidance modules

  • completed unit tests for lidar_parser, vfh, decision.

IR Camera + detection

  • Please find more IR cameras, have a $720 budget sitting around that will expire Dec 20 (DEADLINE TO ORDER IS NOV 27-29!!).

    • Get a few members tasked on this, we need more people

  • Buy portable monitor - task is up. Goal is to be able to view it in sunlight (brightness should be high). And it should be portable too.
