Architecture Meeting Structure

At the beginning of projects directors and leads will step in to assist in the operation of architecture meetings. These meetings are intended as a way for leadership to give the team a starting place. These meetings are intended to be structured in the style of the beginning of the Iterative Design Process with a specific focus on the: System Level Context, Needs Assessment, & System Requirements. We hope not to dive deep into design, however, we may start on high level design decisions to give a starting member. Please note as well that the iterative design process allows for backwards steps in the process. As we start talking about high level design details we may realized we need to reassess our requirements. Architecture meetings should have as many of the key stakeholders as is reasonably feasible!
