Motivation
This document is to be used to relay information to new leads to make sure things we learn from our mistakes are not lost. This should be read by every new EE lead. Members are learning and prone to making mistakes and therefore it is the responsibility of the leads to put measures in place to ensure members are informed of what to and not to do. The acting lead should enforce what is mentioned in this document, and this document is made to help solve the challenge of ensuring these measures get passed on between leads.
This document can also be used for passing down knowledge of what works well for managing a team/training new leads/etc. If you want the next leads to know something, put it in this document.

Measures
When assigning tasks, ensure the member is informed on how to correctly use the hardware they are working with. For example:
If the user is assigned a task to work with a RF board, they must be informed that the board CAN NOT be turned on without an antenna as this will fry the board.
