Flight #1:

  • Took off and checked airframe in Stabilize, AltHold, and Loiter

  • Vibe issues were apparent, in all axes but X was the most significant

Flight #2:

  • Autotune for Roll axis

  • Completed normally

Flight #3:

  • Autotune for Pitch axis

  • Completed normally

Flight #4:

  • Autotune for Yaw axis

  • Not completed, stopped proceeding in progress and battery was coming close to failsafe

  • Decision was made to land, and proceed with proof of flight as the tune was good enough

Note: Proof of flight filming begins here.

Flight #5:

  • Takeoff

  • Hover

  • Flyby

Pegasus

Flight #1:

  • Took off and checked airframe in Stabilize, AltHold, and Loiter

  • Deemed flyable, proceeded to tuning.

    • Honestly even at this point the baseline tune calculated was really good, only minor oscillations present for aggressive maneuvers.

Flight #2:

  • Autotune for Roll axis

  • Completed normally

Flight #3:

  • Autotune for Pitch axis

  • Completed normally

    • Note: In the middle some old guy pulled up in his car with his wife. He asked about what we were doing and just seemed interested. He then asked if @Manasva Katyal could show his wife the controller which was not possible as we were using it for telemetry. Lowkey just a funny moment .

Flight #4:

  • Autotune for Yaw axis

  • Completed normally

Note: Proof of flight filming begins here.

Flight #5:

  • Takeoff

  • Hover

  • Flyby

  • Circle

  • Approach and Landing

Note: battery was low so switched for VLOS portion.
