wonder if graeme/teertstra will be upset with us not taking any co-op students for next term.
a lot of wargians and other people are dming me asking if they can do warg co-op, but like nobody interested in mentoring
in the past even for this current term they were encouraging us to take more than three so dropping down to zero might make them concernned?
wonder if we should push pms toward mentorring a co-op?
Like it is fun having a co-op imo, but you need to be setup well for it and enjoy dropping a lot of time bringing someone up.
And yea it makes sense to avoid giving someone a bad experience, like when it goes bad it really sucks for everyone involved, but idk aa

W25 Leads Meetings
All directors will be offsite next term and on PST
Meetings will likely start at 8 PM EST / 5 PM PST → both online and in E5 2103
We will need one lead to be the “onsite host” → open room, setup jabra, screenshare, etc.
Plan is to maintain the bi-weekly schedule, with meetings added as needed
Lettucemeet for this will be sent out over the winter break
End of Term Atrium Cleaning
Assess the state of the atrium before committing to anything?
We can chat with Rayside about this in the coming week
State of the Team
Most members are not aware of our long term plans and how our recent history led us here.
Subteam leads should try to cover this in their final meeting of the term so that more people get the motivation behind their projects.
