Presentation was last Tuesday, seems to have gone well, we have a good video of it
WEEF members have been leaking allocation results
- seems like we $5k which is Option 4 for everything
- this is very poor for us compared to past years
- unsure why this happened …
  - possibly a lot of people got defunded because WEEF doesn’t have that much funding to give out
  - we should wait for allocations and avoid speculation on this stuff

- will do leads nomination form (have someone theyre heavily considering though right now) next term
- will have the new lead run stuff onsite as both Alison and Smile will likely be offsite

- Announced Meghan, not officially “started” yet, but here at leads meeting yayay
Autonomy

- Director handoff after comp 2025, all directors stepping down at this time and bringing in the next set. Will step down somewhat slowly to ensure proper mentorship and stuff going into the new season. We will all be starting into FYDP at this time as well.
