We compete in the Unmanned Systems Canada UAV Competition to demonstrate our autonomous unmanned aircraft's effectiveness to industry professionals from across Canada. Throughout these projects, our goal is to design and develop a robust autonomous aircraft system, which can be modified for a variety of surveillance and object retrieval objectives. With the university opening back up, we are looking to take advantage of this opportunity to work with our team in an in-person environment, providing our students with a hands-on experience in building and operating a cutting-edge unmanned aircraft.

For the team to participate on a competitive level, as well as to provide a better educational experience for students in our team, we rely on the generosity of our sponsors. On behalf of WARG, I am inquiring as to whether [COMPANY] would be interested in aiding our cause.

  • Help shape a new generation of engineers. We do a lot of hands-on work here at UWARG, and in doing so, creates opportunities for students to experience all aspects of the engineering design process, and familiarize them with industry standards

On Instagram we have seen a +142% increase in engagement since the beginning of December. All of our sponsors will be receiving a complementary organic post on either Instagram or LinkedIn as per individual preferences. On top of social media, apparel provided at any sponsorship level will be worn by members of the team in the workshop and around campus. We’re also more than happy to provide promotional photos of the team wearing the provided apparel upon request.
