Flight Test Coordinator Onboarding

This guide will give you an overview on what is a Flight test coordinator, and how to make sure WARG will have meaningful Flight test each weekend.

Background

In the past, there is no official Flight test coordination role in WARG, since the responsibility of being a FTC is very different than being a member in any other subteams. One main reason, FTC is needed is because we observe a lot of flight test we’ve seen people confirm there part is completed but it turn out to that the system does not work when integrate into the flight plan.
