Must have:	Ground station refactor Geolocation (not sure if working) talk to ryan about accuracy Data collection during flight test(does altitude change) Prepare for flight tests (tickets fill in to test OpenHD, Collect data, Framepreprocessing/telemetry, Target Acquisition, Geolocation)
