• feedback/action items from flight debrief:

  • remake+ reinstall control rod on right side rudder - There is interference between the bump on the control rod @Justin Joseph

  • fuselage lid - remake + and find a better way to secure this. may incorporate velcro. it should work in all conditions and not require re-application of tape, etc. @Arjun Mandair

• adjusting height?

  • cabin is between wings, while on icarus the cabin sits lower.

  • airflow is better on icarus (cabin not in the way)

running old batteries → push prop was fine. if interference becomes an issue later on…. rip

16” prop for icarus, upsize the landing gear for Cornflakes a bit – ICARUS sync to confirm this is one we’re using. @Alison Thompson to check metal stock

• working through cabin integration

• Skin is going to attach to foam ribs using velcro

  • Andrew is working on this, getting extra ribs machined

Front support bar

• Exists now, thanks @Andrew Wright

• May look at a redesign in the future, but not top of the list

Stiffener for Battery Compartment - @Hrishik Patel

• Design done , ready to be printed

Landing gear - @Alison Thompson

• Fits well, stiffener cross-bar definitely needed

• Need to look at coating the existing foam ones

  • epoxy coat? (paper may be hard )

How’s this going Mech - Tracking Antenna

CAD looking good. Notes from Conall:

• Looks at using bearings on the pitch stage

• Double check you are using cont rotation servos

• Needs more fleshing out for all component mounting

Some cad design is waiting for parts to arrive - EFS/Yuchen for ordering

clean the bay

• 3d print scaffolding → goes into the trash can (or recycling if you want to!, I don’t know if they process recycling @ E5)

• threw out a bunch

composites room for any fiberglass and carbon fiber (CF).
