Throughout the takeoff procedure, there will be 3 main aspects we need to control:
The vertical location of the aircraft
The horizontal location of the aircraft
The approach speed of the aircraft
Within each stage of the takeoff procedure, each of the 3 main aspects are controlled differently. Here are the requirements at each stage:
Roll stage:
Vertical: Max throttle
Horizontal: Not controlled
Speed: Max throttle
Climb stage:
Vertical: Max throttle
Horizontal: Waypoint manager functions
Speed: Set constant
