July 5th - CLV Fire Pit 1

• mention this at subteam meetings! It’s happening next Wednesday during general meeting time slot 7:30 or 8 to whenever

• Ryan will go get free firewood

  • and maybe also food

• Tell people to bring shareable food?? like marshmallows or something?

• Gonna ask sub-team leads to remind sub-team members about events happening (workshops/gen meetings/socials/etc)

  • many reasons 4 this. Was talked about at last leads meeting.

  • essentially, more reminders == good

  • people who are active on the team/ attend meetings get more reminders == more likely to come

  • more personal connection with the team by hearing it from a subteam lead than a ping
