UW Funding Task Planning

We should write:

1. A wish list of all equipment we'd like to buy within this term. This doesn't have to be completely accurate, an estimation is fine, but it should be used by business to draft proposals.

   1. Make a google form for this!

   2. Derive a budget from the wishlist
