Test spare of current motors (T-Motor MN5008 340KV) on voltages up to 12s sustained for a couple minutes. If it doesn’t burn then buy three more APD 120F3 ESCs (4s - 12s input capable) and try hovering again with 2x the thrust. If the test motor does burn, buy four new motors rated for 12s. A new Pixhawk power module (PM02D HV) is needed for 12s operation of the whole electrical system.
