Proposed ~ 5-10 mins on the front of each leads meeting for each subteam to (really quickly!) recap what their team’s goals + blockers are for the week. no need to share exact progress or get too into the details.

Reasoning: promotes team-wide awareness of other subteams' goals for a more cohesive product. Allows teams to bring up any blockers that can be easily resolved by a message after the meeting → potential follow up discussions.

Also makes it significantly easier for directors/leads to view how projects are progressing. Avoids stagnation.

Discuss further

  • Put in bullet points in short section, can follow up later but don’t discuss. Read them as is?

  • Can put in complaints / events / etc ! Or Any stuff for weekly bulletin

  • DANIEL!

  • Going to try doing this in the future?!

    • if it goes horribly sideways we abolish it

Thank you @Georgia Vachon Westerlund for submitting this this morning!
