A couple bullet points on the team’s general goals/focus points this week, and if there’s anything that is blocking your team.

Directors

  • FT Support as we ramp into full comp-sims

    • FT Scheduling for term hand-over

  • Term hand-over preparation, pre-comp timeline prep

  • Helping out subteams (ops with digi media, EFS w/ELRS, etc)

  • Director / SDC meeting at end of week. With teertstra and graeme most likely. Getting feedback and talking to them.

      • Even more feature ideas include: 30x30 mounting pattern (continue connector board and main board concept), LTE modems, etc.

Not a huge team responsibility. A purchasing responsibility. Sarah usually catches it!

CSA often hits on power supplies.

It is the university’s responsibility, but we should make life easier for them!

  • @Neha Srivastava is up to train next safety cap and is stepping down EOT. Leads plz ask around for people interested, commitment is minimal

    • involves maintaining datasheets

  • I believe we’ve had some incidents recently, can we just summarize what’s happened? Link to RCAs included preferably here. we should be learning from our mistakes

    • AEAC sync for tracking antenna thing

  • @anthonylou should bring up both of them in this meeting.

  • All leads should fill this out and specify if they are onsite offsite or nearsite for next term, this info is very important for planning the upcoming term, if you aren’t sure yet plz update it when you do know
