Meeting Goals:

  • establish priority list for board bring-up

  • make plan/steps for bring up

  • establish which boards can be assigned to new members for bring-up

    • which ones would be too hard to bring-up for new members/high-risk (not many spare components)

  • establish how assigning boards will work

    • Board bring up priority list

  • Put multiple people on boards - would be tedious making five of the same board.

  • use asana for priority

    • Talk to rest of team about what they need help with

Action plan

  • Remind everyone of work session and to watch videos + safety training + put name in attendance.

  • Lead/PMs show up 12:30

  • Bringing up ESC CAN adapter

  • Get permission for reflow(toaster) oven

  • One laptop, people around a table.

  • Can give people 6s servo module

  • Fix one issue for each thing, next time we start the session by showing how to validate

    • Sync with EFS about this.

  • Direct people to reflow

  • Roach cupcakes?
