• Tasks should be kept to 1-2 sentence update only, implementation as a follow up

Meeting possibly wastes a lot of time as members are listening to update from projects they are not part of

• Counterpoint: Members get to know what’s happening in other projects rather than nothing

Alternative: Breakout meetings (see the document for details)

Will attempt new format for the upcoming Autonomy meeting
