PM’s job is to…

• Write easy to understand documentation

• Go to cross team meetings such as AEAC sync

• Organize members on your team and help them out

  • Ensure progress is being made and nothing is blocked

• Communicate progress to leads and directors

• Help out with integration on systems and communicate with other subteams

• Would be around 5 hour commitment
