Design a mount for the VTX system on Pegasus.
Context:
Currently, the VTX antenna is dangling off a carbon fiber arm and the wires are secured using gorilla tape

Yellow Wire Cover: Has hooks on each end for velcro, could be reused. It has a little slot that a wire could be fed into
Blue & Green is the VTX Antenna mount: 2 piece mount for the cylindrical antenna

Updated the Design after testing prototype with VTX antenna.
Decreased Diameter
Decreased height
Changed weight saving hole design slightly
Increased Velcro strap holes to be 1 inch for better accessibility
