recruitment was weak
maybe two new members this term
lost a few members
bootcamp is tricky
technical direction and growth path
more director to leads syncs (instead of just start of term) could be more useful
leads doesnt need to be every week
projects should be talked about directly with directors and leads
directors should make more shot calls on action items
more specific delegation to leads
things get blurry in integration projects
