Comp updates

We recently learned that we can fly multiple drones simultaneously at comp

• Test feasibility of controlling multiple drones at once with pathing

If feasible:

• Modify search pattern generations to split area between drones

  • Tech design for this task will probably be a larger discussion for a different call

• create a version of task 1 2025 for the drone swarm approach

Flight test

• We’ve run search pattern generation in the sim so it should be ready to flight test

• config might have to be changed if we’re testing on Houston to match its performance envelope

  • We want this done soon (quick and easy task)

Other

• optimize generated search pattern

• optimize other parts of flight (altitude gain and loss should be done while in lateral motion)
