• respective subteam leads can reach out under ops guidance - allows subteam leads to provide specific detail and customized emails

• begin a dedicated sponsors confluence doc? - go through email correspondence and gathering all requirements for sponsor exposure.

as a subteam lead, reaching out for sponsorship - cc or send from business, or vice versa with uw.warg main? just standardize this

create google form for contacts at companies (e.g. from past co-ops) to generate a database for potential sponsors?

• consider if a gift card or other reward for ‘most money put towards the team’ should be instituted if someone provides the team a lot of money by reaching out to a sponsor

general media management - @Anthony Luo to handle going forward

• will be managing asana tickets associated with insta posts, etc
