Tracking Antenna Groundside Hardware

There shall be at least 2 tracking antennas, each operating at one frequency (900MHz & 1.3GHz respectively).

There will be the following hardware components:

1 rfd900x https://store.rfdesign.com.au/rfd-900x-modem/

1 1.3ghz vrx https://www.readymaderc.com/products/details/rmrc-900mhz-1-3ghz-receiver-1258-with-rmrc-comtech-tuner

1 RCA splitter (1 to 2 or 1 to 4) https://www.amazon.ca/axGear-Video-Audio-Splitter-Screen/dp/B01MFAJKEM/

(potentially) 1 5.8GHz VTX https://www.banggood.com/Eachine-TS5828L-600mW-5_8Ghz-40CH-Mini-FPV-Transmitter-VTX-with-LED-Display-For-Tiny-RC-Drone-p-1058136.html?utm_source=googleshopping&utm_medium=cpc_organic&gmcCountry=CA&utm_content=minha&utm_campaign=aceng-pmax-ca-en-pc&currency=CAD&cur_warehouse=CN&createTmp=1&utm_source=googleshopping&utm_medium=cpc_us&utm_content=massa&utm_campaign=aceng-pmax-ca-cvalue-20220523-massa&ad_id=&gclid=CjwKCAjw7p6aBhBiEiwA83fGurzclExBE5265eyBSZShdxcBTuCZeQYJUEw2Y73R5soP1GPAjVDRCxoCNAoQAvD_BwE

(potentially) 1 5.8GHz VRX Monitor

(potentially) 5.8GHz Goggles (we’ll just count these separately since they should just work with a 5.8 relay)

1 computer w/main monitor

battery power for rc-link & video

a nucleo?, maybe with external power distribution for the servos.

900 MHz Antenna System
1 patch antenna:

1 omni antenna:

? servos

1.3 GHz Antenna System

1 patch antenna:

1 notch filter:

? servos

** the further apart the antennas, the better **

Also, ideally, all the electronics are inside the case…with a distribution panel for all our connectors

Similarily, if there’s terminated connectors on the stand that we can just clip into, probably makes setup/takedown easier. (servos & antennas)
