  • Learned about typical H-bridge operation

  • Started research on sensor vs sensorless control

  • Started research on different types of commutation such as sinusoidal, trapezoidal, and field oriented control

  • Continue research on sensored/sensorless control, different control techniques

  • Continuing research regarding antenna, I’ve got more info related the overall radio system on a typical UAV

  • Did some research on the DJI Lightbridge, how I believe we are using it now and how I think we might use more features in the future

  • Didn’t get around to finding someone who knows more about the current radio system so that’s something I am going to look in to this week -> BUG ANTHONY BERBARI. #on-site

  • Complete the radio system benchmark and possibly look for things we can improve

  • Performed some note taking on buck converters (efficiency and power losses, input and output capacitor selection, etc.)

  • Read and take notes on literature for converter PCB layouts and RPP methods 

  • Start component placement and routing after reading

  • Took a look at some datasheets of certain BMS ICs to understand how they function
