      • full end to end test following Tracking Antenna Integration 2025

    • Complete IMU driver for M3 Attitude manager

    • Fixing system manager IOC

    • Finish telemetry manager

    • Implement failsafe in prep for M2 (bug fix in rc receiver driver?)

    • At least a month out for Flight test, would want to do just M2 because changing ioc is big

• what roadblocks do you need help clearing to make this happen?

  • getting members to commit to doing work is the bigest roadblock right now

    • Keep WARG Engaging!

    • try to present system level and long term vision - already doing this

    • we need a way for people to consistently contribute

      • Example: CAN stuff, took a month to start making projects, a vast majority of the work was Derek and Roni

      • Want more commitment out of more people

      • communicating deadlines and more specific expectations, helping people break things down

    • PMs

    • some deadlines communicated and didn’t happen

      • breaking things down into smaller pieces

      • set expectations

      • pm is an earned role, if people do not meet expectations (aren’t communicating) u can un PM them

      • have conversations with people when they're not meeting expectations and it will be easier to come up with a solution

    • meetings are 30mins then work session

      • lots of progress during the work sessions

  • want a real tracking antenna system, but it’s not really required for EFS

    • this is pretty negligible
