Replacement of Vn-300 with NEO M8N

discontent rain#2208
Description of Change
The Vn-300 will no longer be placed on the aircraft. GPS2 port will be populated with the (current) NEOM8 GPS which will be placed in the (left) antenna location for the VN-300.
Implementation
Although it is possible to only run with (1) NEO M9N GPS, having (2) redundant GPS systems in two locations allows us to more accurately determine our position and also have a failsafe in the event of a loose wire, electrical failure, or interference inside the electronics compartment.
No mechanical or electrical changes will need to be made. The current harnessing solution is adequate for the neom-8 to be placed elsewhere on the drone, and there already exists cutouts for GPS receivers inside the wings.
This is a wire that will need to be attached and routed when the wings are mounted, but this is the same as the vn-300 coax antenna cables.
Reason for Change
VN-300 harnessing is very expensive and difficult, as well as time consuming. It poses a benefit, but only between the altitudes of around 20m-120m, where centimeter-accurate position is not particularly necessary if landing by pilot command.
