EFS Weekly Meeting

Admin Announcement

On Thursday, we have work session (Configuring Controller) for the EFS flight test team! Check EFS flight channel.

Work session is fixed on Wednesday 8 PM.

Tracking Antenna Ground Test scheduled this weekends.

Driver Section

Rangefinder. Process lost, not comp critical.

VN300 GPS Driver. For tracking antenna. Ask @Yuchen Lin if this driver is still needed.

Catch up with @.PollyLiu for IMU - she needs to test her code on the hardware. EE team ordered ICM-42688 chip, and needs to get tested.

Altimeter @Folarin Fatola Needs to work on altimeter. Knows the next step.

No update on Attitude Manager

PM processing - No update

Telemetry Manager - @Yarema Dzulynsky is keeping on working on TM. Hunter started working on RFD900 and basic telemetry manager. Needs to connect with @Rahul Ramkumar @Yuchen Lin

SIL @Sam Zhang @Adam Lastovka : Had a meeting to get clarification about the simulator. Sam is researching about aerodynamic coefficient. Will connect with Adam again tomorrow to discuss further about it. Adam finished the formal documentation and will update it in Confluence tonight.

@Mostafa Hussein needs to be assigned to a task.

HIL @Sarim Muqeet @Andrew Wang @Uzayr Hussaini : Synced up and planned the action items. Will be researching into Arduino driver. SBUS, PWM and UART. Python part of is almost completed by @Yashashwin Karthikeyan. Will be pushed into WARG repo soon.

Infra : @Stanley Tang still working on his tasks. @julia (Not sure her last name) still researching.

ZP3 Validation @Ethan Leung Experiencing learning curve. Planning next steps.

RTK GPS: @Ayush Patel @manasva (Needs to be added) Needs to catch up with @Yashashwin Karthikeyan . Procurement will be completed soon.

CAN sensor board : @Hardy Yu Still working on it.

EE Light board : @Hardy Yu will assign this task to somebody else.

Tracking Antenna Arduino : @Aryan Kashem will replace GPS library for NEO m8. @Yuchen Lin How did the test on Arduino side go? If possible, the ground test needs to be done soon.

Task Assignment

@Camron Sabahi-Pourkashani Assigned on Attitude Manger. (Controls the behavior of roll/yaw and PID). @Anthony Luo will assist him picking up on this process.

@Mostafa Hussein Assigned on Airspeed Driver. Needed for M4. @Anthony Luo might have opinion on airspeed sensor model.

@Owen Grimm Assigned on EE Light Board Firmware.

@ronald.yu Assigned on SM init other manager by tasks.
