    • Nathan - pilot, lte ground side setup

    • Yuchen - gso and lte for walkout, serving nathan, holding second monitor

    • Daniel - walkout, callouts, coordinating with judges, will be in gso for takeoff

    • Smile - walkout and cabin, holding the monitor for tong

    • Tong - holding video relay

    • Correlation between “landing time” from email and CONOPS 21.e “designated time window”?

      • How long is the specified landing window?

        • “21.a In the email on Thursday evening, Bidders will be given a specific time window to land (see Para16.c). The time window will be at least 1 min long.” ← we have not been told how long the window is yet via email or in person

      • Is the 20 minuts mean anytime after that we can land?

      • 20 TO 21 IS THE MINUTE

    • Does callsign need to be copied phonetically?

    • Can we get the cargo and barbies before the flight window?

      • most likely answer is no as per 21.b but worth askin

    • Are there any points awarded if we land at a different landing pad than the one we initially called out over the radio?

      • CONOPs doesnt rlly say this

      • YES ITS ALLOWED

    • For the callouts, where is “start of approach”?

      • is it at the first waypoint or the last one given in CONOPS?

      • 350 FT

    • If we damage the drone in an attempt and cannot fly it back, are we allowed to manually recover and attempt to repair the drone within our flight window?

      • CONOPs doesnt explicitely disallow but seems not advised.

    • Does yawing violate the requirement of “hovering” from 21.e?
