Assign people to work on Autopilot task (add functionality for waypoint optimization and selection)
Validate QR scanner so that we can read waypoints given QR code (assign 1 person)
Modify current computer-vision-python repo (remove old modules, make sure tests passing, modify architecture so that it will work for the 2022 comp (integration of all subproject)) (this will require 1-2 people as well)
