No changes between last week and this week’s WEEF Public allocation spreadsheet. At the same sitting, I also update our account balances (according to WEEF’s side) on our WEEF/ENGSOC/MEF ledger page.
Emailed Peter to check our team funds balance from the university’s end.
Thoughts on requesting the WEEF/MEF Procurement rep to tell us the final purchase cost? I can add that to the email template.

EngSoc Proposal almost completed
- @Wingchee Wen (Deactivated) recorded the presentation yesterday
- Need to finalize detailed proposal spreadsheet: Mech item costs
- Left: submission (google) form. They ask us all the info we know already, like a description of our design team, besides submitting the video and proposal breakdown excel sheet.
WEEF got back to us with proposal deadlines:
- Proposal submissions: October 31
- Proposal Presentations: November 7
- they will release “official” details shortly
- Determine presentation lineup: Wingchee, Georgia, Daniel, Emma, Taim
WEEF proposal prep: make a spreadsheet template for leads to fill out?
Check MEF website and email MEF director to find out about presentation timeline for this semester as they didn’t let us know via email last semester
