General Meeting Frequency

  • Most of team was fine with bi-weekly

  • Lance is creating a google calendar for all events

  • Can keep weekly and cancel as needed

  • Also possible to do monthly updates - probably too infrequent

  • Keep weekly subteam

  • Decisions: Will go with every other week for now and see how they are in a month

 

Concept of Design Review

  • Presentation for each subteam

  • Have a block diagram (like electrical in arch meeting)

  • Description for each component

  • Points of consideration for other sub teams

 

Leads Meeting

  • Change to weekly and at 9pm

  • Miss if you have exams

  • Allow for leads meetings to be an hour

 

PM Selections

  • Large role, a lot for one person

  • Change to integration role

  • Needs a very technical person

  • Give those who applied a project within their subteam

 

Recruitment

  • Target upper years who have more co-op experience

  • TO DO: draft a list of projects we need people to work on - by AUG 25th

  • “think of the dream job description”
