Goals:

Mech:

Phoenix: We made it fly and organized documentation, so achieved

More flight testing: We had 1 and upgraded from the flight tests

CAD organization is a bit behind

Flight test with ZP3 next term

Need people with project Phoenix for Fall (with new comp rules as well)

EE:

New BootCamp is released, needs more tweaking. Has to be done before the Fall term.

ZP3: continue and finish ZP3, architecture is decided. Research ongoing.

FW:

Porting is 2 to 3 weeks behind, blocked by exams. Validating porting.

For Fall: finish tuning on the airframe. Pipelining the work.

PID taking a month or two, but this needs to be improved because we cannot afford that much time because we cannot directly tune on the competition drone.

CV:

Planning and documenting IMACS and ground station GUI, implementation next term.

ML infra: refactor and figure out the dependencies. DDL beginning of Aug.
