Sahil: What s the problem

Kevin mentioned there is a disconnect between what happens as a lead to what happens outside of the BootCamp. As well, it is hard for boot campers to follow.

Daniel mentions he sees a problem where the EE team is not engaging or utilizing their members to their potential. Since the start of the term, the team has had nothing assigned to them form the leads, the entire team is idiling at the moment. It feels unusual and wrong

Kevin mentions there are tasks that need to be complete first:

  • Power Architecture?

    • Daniel mentions having a sooner meeting rather than sitting and waiting for a whole week

    • Need to assign a work sessions, team sessions more focused on mentorship

  • ZP3?

Daniel mentions that there should be separation

  • More onsite stuff

  • More separation between bootcamp

  • Doing anything will be good

  • Work sessions should be a thing

Are either feeling overworked?

  • Kevin mentions occasionally burnt out

  • Daniel mentioned he doesn’t get time for bootcamp

Kevin reemphasizes that the EE team is doing

  • How often you’ll checkup on the team

  • Stuff is happening in DM’s

    • Give visibility to conversations

    • Transparancy/Checking up on people

“uses verbiage students”

When is this meeting type questions?
