Discussion about feasibility of spinner and the culture we would like to evolve from a team level POV re cleanliness, bay, etc.

Discussion:

spinner is a blame culture, becoming to chasing people down for mistakes

people telling people to make things clean, raises more awareness.

leading by example, doing it by cleaning

original point of view: making it a fun way of “punishment”

We can try with not having spinner for a few weeks and see how it works.

How’s the new “slow production period”

Did it work? Should we keep it that way?

Not much got done anyways in terms of productivity. Text space a bit more active.

Scope out clearly is important.

people endup not able to finish tasks. deadlines still holds and people are still expected to do certain things.

Onsite not much progress.

Set certain rules.

Being clear on what meetings are running and what meeting are not.

needs to be said way ahead of time.

No major decisions can be made as people not paying attention.

off steam with Ethan, lots of initialitive. Bootcamp review is already handled by him. Has more technical skills. Helping revamping Bootcamp and ICARUS wiring diagram. Good communication.

Main concern is to whether be able to do technical work.

Down to do EE lead. Ethan can also help out guiding him.

Good with cross stream. Would have potential candidates. looking for people in Spring.

Technical will come in time. Management is harder to foster.
