Agenda:

• Dhruv and Ray owning ZP3 and iMACS. I propose that their role becomes coordinating updates, identifying blockers and working through them, with a focus on high-level integration similar to what the team leads (not subteam) usually do. I also think they can own any and all admin processes for the project and change systems as they wish. Let’s figure out how to avoid having this step on what sysint does.

• Updates on new purchase protocol?

• Updates on recruitment and how bootcamps are going? EE noticed that no one has finished their new bootcamps yet, are other teams having similar issues?

• Quick updates on how teams are adopting kanban/having a backlog.
