Conop review meetings

• Recap conops session organization, what can we do better in terms of organizing the discussion

• Decisions and outcomes based on the conop meetings

• Do we want to have a design diagram that is presentable so that we can have a meeting with SDC or Prof Derek about design decisions? or maybe consult this problem with external connections (Ray has a connection to talk about how to do things in CV)

Things are going to change, iterate.

Break up into groups is good.

The lecture hall is not good for that.

People tends to talk about the design, we need to structure the discussion better.

Do it as soon as possible, schedule this ahead.

Didn’t have good ways to submit ideas.

Online is hard, not able to hear people in person. Audio quality camera facing everyone. Hard to integrate with in person.

Taking notes is good.
