    • One truck, one something else, Needs G License at least one year (Sign Up for the drive)

    • Hotel, Thunder bay

    • Identify ppl on team license to drive (Theoretically 6 drivers)

    • Gas Calculations

    • $250 Fee for Onsight participate/ per person , includes overnight except Saturday evening

  • Putting everything together >> Vishnu and Aadi

  • Compare plane ticket price.

@aryaman.arora Please get rental car quote for 2 vehicle traveling from Winnipeg airport to Southport

  • Please provide a few options of quote for the price of one plane ticket for May 5-9th

    • Note the requirement of airline, and location of boarding

    • Note the onboard package requirement for the different airlines.

Car

@Vishnu Kalyanasundaram (Deactivated) Please provide an estimated gas calculation traveling from waterloo to Southport.

  • @Alim Khoja @Aneesh Peruvelli Please provide quote for one over night hotel stay at mid point (Thunder Bay )for an estimation of 6 ppl.

  • Please include food prices for an estimation of one stop every four hours.

  • Please also feel free to add in any other expense that I may have forgotten
